Changing or Extending Status when your Nonimmigrant Status has Already Expired

This is my thirty-third show (the third in a series), which originally aired Saturday April 11, 2020, and it discusses what nonimmigrants, i.e., foreign nationals lawfully in the U.S. on a temporary basis, can do to extend their stay or change their status even if their previously granted nonimmigrant status has already expired but they cannot or do not want to leave the U.S. I have found this to become a more common scenario for nonimmigrants during the COVID-19 crisis.
